Returns

If an item has arrived damaged please contact me within 2 days of receipt to discuss its return.
Returns for any other reasons will be dealt with on an individual basis.
For reasons of hygiene earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Postage costs cannot be refunded unless the jewellery is faulty.


Shipping

All items are sent by Royal Mail signed for delivery and the charge is £4.00.
For sales to Europe and the rest of the World please contact me via email to discuss payment and postage.


Orders

Each item is individually hand made so please allow a couple of weeks for your order to arrive.  If an item is not in stock I will be busy at my work bench making it and will get your jewellery to you as soon as I can.
